This one-on-one 6 month coaching program is designed to guide, support and empower woman who are currently struggling with:
- Poor eating habits.
- Unhealthy relationship with physical exercise.
- Lack of purpose.
- Unwanted weight.
- Sadness, stress, and/or anxiety.
- Lack of purpose or direction.
In this one-on-one coaching program, you'll receive all the tools, information and guidance you need to find long, lasting balance in your life. Together, we will find the right approach to the areas of your life that need attention meanwhile cultivating the strength and empowerment that you need to make the changes last.
This program includes:
- 6 months of unlimited support.
- Meeting 2x a month in person or virtually for an hour each session.
- Weekly email support.
- Digging deep into unhealthy patterns and mentality to transform into supportive behaviors.
- Discovering what lights you up; what makes you happy.
- Finding the right lifestyle changes that will best support you.
- Setting goals to accomplish by the end of the program.
- Creating a healthy relationship with movement/exercise.
- Having someone support you endlessly, motivating you to be your true self.
- Tips, recipes, books, and giveaways.
